Astypalea website

This is the most westerly island of the archipelago. Lying between the Cyclades and the Dodecanese, architecturally it more resembles an island of the former, while administratively it belong to the latter.

With a wonderfully picturesque hilltop town, gently sloping hills, lush valleys and sheltered coves, it's surprising Astipalea does not get more foreign visitors. However, it is very popular with Greek tourists.
